Katana is a robata and sushi bar type of Japanese restaurant which originated in Los Angeles. This year, they opened its doors to Dubai in the perfect location fronting the ever famous Burj Khalifa.
The restaurant has been known for pioneering the robata-style of Japanese cuisines where bamboo skewered gourmet fish, meat, and vegetables are grilled over a charcoal-induced open flame.
